Can a desktop computer be used as a print server?

I have two HP printers both with network ethernet ports. Can I use a desktop computer with a pair NICs as a Print Server? I'd like to have them available over my wireless network. I already have a WiFi card in the desktop and its connected to my network. The desktop is running WindowsXP and I'd like to keep it that way.
Perhaps I should have clarified....I want the desktop to act as a WIRELESS print server...

Sure, no problem at all.

Connect your two HP printers to LAN by wire cable. And install HP printer admin tools on your desktop, scan HP printer in the tool, you may install these two printer step by step. And you may need to install extra drivers for those two HP printers for other computers running different OS.
