a friend has a computer and the modem is not working?
a friend has a computer and the modem is not working device manager shows a yellow circle and a black mark in the middle what does that mean and how can he get the modem to work? the computer has windows xp professional operating system. i was told at another website to run a program called unknown device identifier it is at this website www.zhangduo.com/udi.html. i installed and ran the program but don't understand what the model number for the modem is here are the results
