Is there an 8mm Vhs Video cassette adapter (VHS-C to VHS) ?
no, 8mm video uses 8mm tape, duh. VHS is 1/2 inch or 12.5mm tape. it is not possible to load 8mm into the VHS tape path. if you get a digital8 camcorder for playback, read the specs carefully as most do NOT playback analog Video8 and Hi8 tapes. That was a feature in the first generation of Digital8 cameras that was dropped in later models.
The only adaptor is VHS-C to VHS, because VHS-C is identical tape to VHS, just a smaller cassette. this adaptor does not work for Video8 tapes.
